Meet Dr. Kristine Gravino

I am Dr. Kristine Gravino, a licensed psychologist, certified fitness and nutrition coach, and integrative mental health professional. I am a wife to my husband Joe of 25 years, mom to two sons, Joey (23) and Jimmy (20), long-term sufferer of anxiety (managed well), brainstem stroke survivor (paralyzed at 22 years old), and a recovered long-term sufferer of a negative body image disorder. I am passionate about helping women in midlife find excellence in mental and physical health by changing mindset, burning belly fat, and aging backwards!

Hi there! I am so glad you stopped by!

I have found the answers to aging backwards in my late forties, have healed my negative body image disorder, and have learned the tools to enter mid-life with a renewed focus on integrative health and the link between mental health and physical health.

I am a lover of ALL things health & wellness and intentional living.
